The system includes interchangeable white, gold and silver inserts as well as a removable frosted diffusion screen. The Opteka FS-80 will give you studio-like control in a convenient kit that attaches in seconds with touch fastener tabs and folds flat for storage in a sturdy pouch. Light loss varies between 1 - 2 stops, depending on insert used, and the height of the ceiling.
