Wow - I put these in my cart to purchase them for my sisters bachelorette party for $9 (for six in a pkg.) and now all of a sudden they are $15 (the same package)................that is a huge jump from the original price with free shipping. Considering I can buy these at any local party store for $1.50, this is not a good deal at all and it appears that someone is trying to rip customers off!!
